I just wanted to shoot you a quick message thanking you for the overall buying experience I had with you and everyone else at Select Luxury. There are a couple of beliefs I'd held previously that you overturned:

1) "The last time I checked, buying a new car wasn't supposed to be an enjoyable experience". You guys certainly changed that perception for me. All in all, the time spent was really only about 45 minutes total...including the trade in, test drive, AND paperwork!

2) "Used vehicles aren't supposed to look brand new." Wrong again. Whoever hunts down your inventory does a better job than anyone I've ever seen - everything on the lot was immaculate.

3) "You can't have a car for everyone all under one roof." I'd been looking for a particular model for over a year and found the most pristine example of it at Select Luxury at the best price I'd seen ANYWHERE. In addition to that...there were about 100 other vehicles there that I'd have been almost as happy taking home also!

I've already told a few close friends about the experience dealing with you this past weekend - and intend on telling a few more. I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to deal with your company. I spoke first with Mike Ventola who was very helpful in answering questions about my car and was available to return a call even on Sunday. He arranged all the paperwork and shipping.

The car arrived one day early and again, I was very impressed with the shipping company that was used, S & W Auto Carriers. The driver, Winston, stayed in communication with me and he made his way across the Country and he arrived exactly when promised.

The registration of the car had its challenges, but only due to the bureaucracy of the State of California. When additional documents were needed, Crystal made sure they were sent. Bottom line, I received the car on the 14th and today I have the State license plates on it.

The vehicle's condition was excellent and it was everything that it was represented to be. I will also tell you that since the E 320 CDI models are not sold in California, the car has attracted some interest on the freeway – with gas prices at $3.25+/gallon. I left the ‘Select Luxury' license plate frame on it and have seen at least one person copy down your company's name and phone number. I think my vehicle will be a great sales tool for you out here!

Finally getting a couple pictures off to you. That was quite a road trip!
Mom and I had a great time going across country – we went from Cracker Barrel to Cracker Barrel – good inexpensive food, clean bathrooms and shopping – what more could a girl want?
By the time mom and I hit Austin TX, my friend Colleen was in the hospital and slipping away. I had hugged her goodbye in her office the day before I left for Atlanta. Anyway that was our only damper to a fabulous road trip. My mom has bragging rights for a cross country trek and she did great. Hubby Scott flew to California to drive home with me – our 2 week trip home to visit clients & friends along the way, was turned into a marathon to get home for Colleen, we missed her passing, we were a day away – so sad–

I am a car fanatic and have been so afflicted since before I got my driver's license, which was over forty years ago. I read religiously all of the car magazines but especially like Car and Driver, Autoweek, duPont Registry, Excellence, and the Porsche club publications, and always check the ads. I usually have three cars, even though there are only two drivers here, and my daily driver is a BMW M-5 . I had just sold my 1989 911 Cab which I both drove and entered in various shows, since cosmetics are very important to me. I spend hours on the computer but have never seen your site until I saw a car you had on Autotrader. Your website and the multitude of high quality photos taken under the lights in your showroom of each car are without equal. I saw several but especially liked the blue Boxster S which had just the right color combination and equipment.

I sent an e-mail and then talked with Adam Beebe, and had him walk around the car as I asked questions and had put a deposit down in about fifteen minutes. The next day I got the paperwork here in Oregon and bought the car without ever seeing it. I have previously shopped over the internet but have never purchased without a personal inspection. In a leap of faith, I did it here based on the pictures, history, low mileage, and what I felt was an accurate assessment by Adam.

Adam assisted me on transportation and the car was loaded on the transporter about 48 hours from the time of purchase. I then began an interesting dialog with Peter, the driver, via cellphone as he headed to our rendezvous in California, and met him outside Los Angeles. A friend of mine came with me, and we met Peter at a truckstop in a torrential downpour, four days later. He insisted I inspect the car which was impossible in the rain, and in a second leap of faith I signed all of the documents and left. We then had a wonderful roadtrip home up the California coast in much nicer weather, and were able to enjoy a car that lives up to the rave reviews it has received , and sounds even better.

The acid test is always the first car wash in my own driveway, which occurred five days later. I was completely pleased as the car was, and is, absolutely beautiful and as good as it looked in the photos. It should be obvious I'm very pleased and will certainly keep your dealership in mind, the next time I get "the itch". Now about that BMW 645 you have ......just kidding, Adam!

I discovered your company through an EBay online auction as I was researching vehicles that would meet my requirements. I found your vehicle descriptions to be complete with virtually every question a buyer could have answered in the description. Vehicle descriptions were accompanied by a large number of images that showed every aspect of the car. Although I have purchased items through the auction process I felt that I wanted to speak directly to the people who were selling the vehicle and carry out the transaction through a more typical approach given the large cost and the uncertainty of buying a used car. This led me to contact your dealership where I spoke with Ms. Crystal who represented your dealership throughout the purchase process and helped me find the right vehicle.

Ms. Crystal was outstanding in every aspect – I cannot recommend someone more highly than her. The vehicle that I called about did not meet all of my requirements and I explained to Crystal what I was looking for and ideally what I would like to pay. She explained to me the process by which the dealership acquires vehicles, including the high dealership standards. Crystal then provided information to me on a regular basis on which vehicles were available, what the expected pricing would be and further details on any cars that I was interested in with regards to their maintenance history, ownership etc. Throughout this process I became very educated about the value of the vehicle I was interested in – it was a very organic process where she provided the information and clarified any questions that I had and never "sold" me on any particular vehicle. Her approach was very refreshing and informative and without a doubt the best I have encountered. Her patience and outstanding ability to communicate effectively through email and phone allowed me to get the absolute right car for my daughter.

The entire process was transparent to me and I was always kept informed – again a delight given the stress that often accompanies the sale of such an expensive product, especially given that this was done without me directly meeting the people involved or seeing the vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle it was shipped directly to me and I can say that the car was accurately represented and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend your dealership and I intend on purchasing future vehicles from you. I am impressed with the integrity and professionalism that was shown throughout the transaction and I would be pleased to serve as a future reference for your business. I do hope you receive the small business ethics award as I believe your organization should be a standard by which all others are measured. You may recall that we were so nervous about our college-student son’s decision to purchase a car on-line from a website he found on E-Bay that we tracked you down at home one evening and asked you to reassure us that both the car and your dealership actually existed. You were very kind and reassuring. Prior to this occasion we had never made any significant on-line purchases.

Despite your reassurance we still felt somewhat skittish about the entire transaction until we finally saw the car in person. The car was in person. The car was all that and you and our salesman, Adam, said it was; it is immaculate in appearance and, its performance is all that we hoped it would be.

The entire purchase transaction, which you may have heard was revved into high gear by our son’s need to have the car on short notice so that make the 5 hour trip home from school for the holidays which necessitated transporting the car to Upstate New York by truck, was expedited expertly by Anna and Adam. Anna was wonderful to deal with; she went above and beyond any customer’s reasonable expectations in order to help me work out the titling issues between Georgia and Massachusetts. Adam ably assisted us with locating the transport company. The car transport people were great to deal with, too.

I've purchased numerous new cars in my lifetime and the experience has always been a nightmare, with not so ethical salespeople. I also have never considered purchasing a vehicle online but I have to way this was the most rewarding purchase I have ever made.
I called your Dealership and the person that answered the phone (John Franco) immediately helped me. I told him I was on the web site and I saw a vehicle and needed a Purchase Order faxed to me, it was done ASAP. I also asked about the condition of the car and other items and he never got upset. Once I arrived at the location he had the car ready for us to test drive. And once we were satisfied your Finance Manager (Michael Kraman) had us in and out in about 15 minutes.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, and the entire Select Luxury team, for making what is typically a very stressful transaction, stress free! Throughout the last 19 years or so, I have bought/leased many automobiles. I must say that this transaction was by far the most pleasant experience of them all. The experience I had at Select Luxury is every car buyers dream. It went something like this: After arriving on your lot, I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. After learning what car make, model and year I desired, I was quickly informed of the existing inventory and shown each one. I was given a comprehensive description of each car so that I could make an informed decision. I was then introduced to my direct salesperson -John Franco. After a quick conversation, John quickly analyzed my wants and suggested specific models I might want to test drive. I was torn between a silver S500 and a black S500. I was allowed to test drive both vehicles at my leisure until I was comfortable with determining my final choice. Throughout all this, there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE. I finally decided on the Black 2004 S500. Much to my surprise, and before I could even attempt to start negotiating, John proactively presented a price to me that I could not refuse. Additionally, John had already lined up several financing options for my convenience. Before I knew it I was signing on the dotted line for my dream car. While waiting for the car to be detailed and the final paperwork completed, John chatted with me like we were life long friends, continuing all the while to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Bottom line: The team at Select Luxury needs to give classes to every dealership I have done business with in the past on how to treat customers right. By far the select Luxury team has quality customer service skills like no other dealership I have known before. For this, they have ALL my future business when it comes to fine automobile purchases; subsequently, I will refer as many people as possible to Select if they are in the market for an upscale vehicle.

I have known of your dealership since 2000 when I was in the market for a new vehicle. At that time I got to know Anna Sebzevari. Even though we purchased our vehicle from another dealer, Anna and her approach to service left an impression with us. Move ahead to 2003 and we were in the market for another vehicle. Once we found the right car Shane had us financed and out the door in just a short time. Along the way he took us through several test drives and gave us an appointment after the initial cleaning for a more thorough detailing.
